Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Twitch Streamer Tax Deductions was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include substantially the following information:
- Identification of the material removed: Identify the specific material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
